Introduction



Julie Vanderhoff came to BYU in 2007. She received her Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Denver, and Masters and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California, San Diego. Her research interests are in areas of fluid dynamics, including environmental flows. She has used theory, computational fluid dynamics, and ocean data as a part of her research. She has also spent time at sea collecting data for studying internal waves in the ocean.
