Professor Magleby joined the faculty at BYU in 2006 after finishing an MS in Theoretical Physics. After teaching for the Department of Physics and Astronomy, she completed an advanced degree in Instructional Design and began teaching for the Civil and Mechanical Engineering departments. She specializes in making foundational engineering and physics concepts accessible to freshmen engineering students.
